Camp Planning Guide
Get Ready for Summer Camp!
Below you will find the resources you will need to prepare for Extreme Camps.
It is packed with everything you will need or want to know. Phone numbers and emails of our staff, rules and standards, and deadlines for paperwork.
Each camper’s parent/guardian must fill out and sign this release form . Please fill out the release form and mail to extreme camps 4 weeks prior to camps start date with a copy of the insurance card (front and back of the card). If you do not have insurance see step 4.If you upgraded to horseback riding.
All adults coming to camp must also fill out the same release form as the campers. In addition to the release form we also require a background check.
Youth Pastors brining groups are required to complete a simple group attendees’s list to mail in with the rest of the paperwork.
As you know, insurance is a required for each camper attending Extreme Camps. Many campers are already insured and simply need to provide proof of insurance; however, some of your students may not have insurance and need a VERY affordable SHORT term option. We have a partner that provides short term insurance that will make this requirement easy. Click below to find out more.
Make sure you pay 50% of your balance by May 15th 2013 to keep your spots at camp reserved. We have a waiting list for some camps.
Download our fundraising guide for all the ideas and strategies your group will need to raise the money for everyone in your group.
